This unique lodge is sited right on the shores of Lake Windermere with the most incredible panoramic views of the lake and Lake District countryside . The lodge is a Cambrian Bowness 2017 model and is 45ft x 16ft x 2 bedroom lodge and was custom built for the current owners with many added extras. There are 4 Bi fold windows to the front of the lodge leading to a spacious front decking area large enough to accommodate decking furniture and take in the breath taking views which change throughout the year and are truly spectacular. There is an external power socket, an outside tap fitted to the lodge and stowage for a canoe.
The spacious Lounge/Dining area is tastefully furnished with voile drapes and pencil pleat curtains to coordinate with the furniture and decoration. There is also a low level built in multimedia cabinet. Sky is installed to the lodge and this will be included when sold. The kitchen is designed and built to a high standard with integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and wine cooler and attractive spotlights throughout. The beautiful Master bedroom is exquisitely decorated and colour co-ordinated and has a king size bed and ensuite shower room.
